Into each life some rain must fall.

Sometimes I think perhaps I've had it very easy all my life, the last six months serve to be a test to my strength and will to get through not simply a rain fall but a storm. We all get stuck in it at one point or another, or at multiple points in life, soaked and drenched and you feel the sun will never come out. But it always does and it dries you up, then you see clearer and realize maybe it hasn't been that bad, after all.

We may not always do the right thing, because it usually is the hardest thing to do. But face your fears and conquer your weaknesses, thus shall begin a new life.

The Rainy Day

THE day is cold, and dark, and dreary;
It rains, and the wind is never weary;
The vine still clings to the mouldering wall,
But at every gust the dead leaves fall,
And the day is dark and dreary.

My life is cold, and dark, and dreary;
It rains, and the wind is never weary;
My thoughts still cling to the mouldering past,
But the hopes of youth fall thick in the blast,
And the days are dark and dreary.

Be still, sad heart, and cease repining;
Behind the clouds is the sun still shining;
Thy fate is the common fate of all,
Into each life some rain must fall,
Some days must be dark and dreary.

~Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
