saw "enchanted" finally, with patrick dempsey. where is my mcdreamy? he's just too yummy. does anyone know that he was 21 when he married his best friend's mother, who was 48?
in the past week or so i've heard many talk about their relationships, and all of them were less than pleasant--some sad and twisted, others troublesome, even undignified. i wonder what's going on, and how it all got so difficult. after all that has happened, to myself and people around me, i try very hard to remain optimistic and hope that everything can just be simple. in real life they keep telling us that relationships are complex things, because we are human and make mistakes. i get that. but i suppose the idealist in me still wishes for a fairy tale ending. he doesn't have to be spectacular, or prince charming. just someone i can spend a day with, someone with a good laugh, i think. and nice hair like patrick dempsey.
