It's almost 3am. I'm losing sleep again. Below are some of the possibilities why I may be losing sleep:
1) too much sleep yesterday.
2) had cappuccino after 4pm, which is the latest i am physically allowed to consume caffeine without affecting my sleep.
3) had hot chocolate at 10pm, half-sugar, but apparently that's enough to cause damage.
4) had virus attack with msn messenger; received life-threatening phone calls and messages from people who got it from me; fanatic search for computer help.
5) imagined self as having cancer and acted out phone conversation with certain individual about self having cancer; certain individual is filled with guilt and regret, rushes to self sickbed and repent with tears and apologies.
6) hunger.
So I just ate some bread. Must never drink coffee after 4pm, or hot chocolate at any time. Must never open suspicious file even from people I know. Must see doctor this week for check-up. Must learn to be less dramatic.
