yes we can

when a black man is elected president of the united states, calling out for change, it makes me think that everything is possible, and that we're at the dawn of a new day.

it also makes me feel, with bouts of optimism, that the world is changing. it may seem chaotic at first on surface, but i believe it's for the better in the long run. we need to believe that in order to go forward. we need to believe in the existence of a "right path," and then embark on the search for it.

i am inspired, and hopeful.
