yahoo!

yesterday i swam my first 1000 meters this year. although my limbs went limp afterwards it felt really goooooooooooood. going to seriously work on body and diet this month before my vancouver trip, currently scheduled for the 19th. i hope this coming month marks the beginning of something more solid and sustaining in every aspect of my life.

i need to feel better in everyway. time for change.
